There are three essential elements to PPI claim forms. It’s important to continue your payments when you’re looking at your PPI claim forms, and ensure that you’re meeting the needs of your repayment schedule, or your whole loan could default. You don’t want that, because it’ll mean that you have a default against your credit rating – and you can’t appeal it simply because you’re reclaiming your PPI. Be prepared too, for the companies, especially some companies with bad reputations, to possibly play hardball and ensure that anything they say will happen is mentioned to the team dealing with your claim – otherwise, you may worry needlessly.
